Accountable & Ethical Decision Making Refresher

Potter Stewart stated that ‘Ethics is knowing the difference between what you have a right to do and what is right to do’. Although ethical decision making may seem to be something completely subjective –employees are required to appropriately follow departmental or organisational codes of conduct.

This course aims to help participants resolve accountability issues that may arise in their daily work environment and is designed to explain the standards of behaviour expected of them.
