Leading WHS for Supervisors and Managers

This Leading WHS for Supervisors and Managers course now refers to the new WA Work Health and Safety legislation that came into effect on 1^st January 2022. All ATI-Mirage WHS trainers are current, and are actively involved in the transition to the new WHS legislation.

Course Times

• 8:30am to 3:30pm

• Engage others in positive safety discourse
• Interpret the manager’s duty of care
• Recognise that prevention always better than cure
• Understand what team and organisational characteristics create a strong safety culture
• Create and use practical safety culture analysis tools
• Improve safety outcomes
• Proactively communicate safety results

This course requires no previous training or experience.
