Review of MS Project Concepts

• Brief overview of topics covered in the Introduction and Intermediate courses

Customising MS Project

• Modifying tables and creating custom fields
• Creating custom filters, views and reports
• Creating and using project templates

Resource Management

• Resolving resource over-allocations through resource levelling
• Resource sharing with a resource pool

Advanced Project Management Concepts

• Creating master projects and working with multiple projects
• Establishing and maintaining Links between projects

Introduction to Macros

• Overview of Macros in MS Project
• Recording and running macros

• Create custom field, tables and views
• Develop project templates
• Work with a multiple project environment
• Create basic macros

Participants will have attended an MS Project Introduction and Intermediate courses, or have an equivalent level of knowledge.
