• Creating, modifying & assigning calendars
• Setting project options
• Creating custom views, tables, filters & groups
• Developing import/export maps

Customising MS Project

• Customising the toolbars
• Recording macros
• Developing project templates

Working with Resources

• Resourcing concepts and resource levelling

Project Management

• Monitoring the project using baseline, current and actual data
• Working with and creating customised reports
• Managing electronic output form MS Project

• Understand the project templates used in their organisation
• Develop project scheduling templates
• Gain an understanding of other features available in this package

Completion of the Project for Schedulers –  Fundamentals, or equivalent knowledge is required.
